| 第五届全国儿科麻醉学术会议暨 首届中美儿科麻醉学术交流会 （中国，温州，2009年5月7～10日） The 5th Annual Pediatric Anesthesia Conference The 1st Sino-America Pediatric Anesthesia Symposium （Wenzhou，China，May 7-10，2009） 欢 迎 辞 尊敬的国内外专家、同仁们、朋友们： 您们好！ 小儿麻醉随着麻醉的诞生而产生，在过去的一百多年，小儿麻醉从无到有，已日趋完善成熟。在过去20年，小儿生理学和药理学相关新知识的极大丰富以及围术期监测技术的进步，使得小儿麻醉的概念和技术发生了明显的改变。小儿（特别是婴幼儿与新生儿）麻醉有其独特的生理、解剖和药理学特点，小儿不是成人的缩影，现代小儿麻醉已成为一门专业性很强、理论和技术性很高的麻醉学的亚学科。只有正确认识小儿麻醉在麻醉专业中的应有地位，小儿麻醉事业才能加速发展。当然，小儿麻醉还存在不少需要解决的问题，比如社会关心的麻醉对小儿智力和发育的影响、小儿（包括新生儿）术后镇痛、如何降低患儿围术期麻醉风险与并发症、小儿麻醉学在学科领域内的定位、小儿麻醉医师的培训与考核制度、小儿麻醉新技术和新方法的开展、小儿麻醉的基础和临床研究的深入开展等。 为了加强国内外小儿麻醉领域的学术交流与合作，促进小儿麻醉在我国的健康发展，由中华医学会麻醉学分会主办、温州医学会麻醉学分会和温州医学院附属第二医院、育英儿童医院承办的“第五届全国儿科麻醉学术会议暨首届中美儿科麻醉学术交流会”将于2009年5月7～10日在美丽的浙江温州召开。此次盛会，我们特别邀请到8位来自欧美的外国专家出席并作学术报告，同时还邀请到国内著名专家就小儿麻醉相关的麻醉与医疗安全、小儿区域麻醉、小儿困难气道与气道管理、围术期输液、新生儿麻醉、小儿急诊与门诊手术、小儿术前禁食及术前准备、小儿围术期体温管理、小儿麻醉诱导、小儿亚专科麻醉等问题进行多层次多角度的学术交流。国家继续教育委员会将授予此次会议Ⅰ类继续教育学分10分。 我们热忱欢迎您的积极参加！为推动我国小儿麻醉事业的发展做出贡献！ 大会主席：吴新民 Jay Deshpande 大会组委会主席：瞿 佳 骆华伟 Welcome Speech Distinguished Guests‘ Ladies and Gentlemen‘ It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to this meeting to discuss pediatric anesthesia issues in Wenzhou. I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere thanks to all of you for taking the time off from your busy schedule to come to this meeting. Pediatric anesthesia has grown from general anesthesia into a more full-fledged discipline over the past century. During the last two decades‘ the concepts and skills on pediatric anesthesia have changed greatly with the development of pediatric physiology and pharmacology and techniques for perioperative monitoring. Children‘ or small babies and the newborns to be more exact‘ are no longer regarded as miniatures of adults. Modern pediatric anesthesia has become a sub-discipline which requires demanding skills and professional theory. Of course‘ lots of problems remain to be solved: What are the effects of anesthesia on children’s intelligence? How to reduce perioperative risks and complications? How to position pediatric anesthesia as a discipline? How to apply new techniques and methods‘ and further carry out basic research and clinical study on the pediatric anesthesia? So on and so forth. To this end‘ the 5th Annual Pediatric Anesthesia Conference and the 1st China-America Pediatric Anesthesia Symposium is to be held in the lovely and dynamic city of Wenzhou‘ May 7-10‘ 2009‘ sponsored by Chinese Society of Anesthesiology and organized by Chinese Medical Association Wenzhou Branch‘ the 2nd Affiliated Hospital & Yuying Children’s Hospital of Wenzhou Medical College. We are greatly honored to invite well-known experts home and abroad to make presentations on a variety of topics concerning pediatric anesthesia. I believe it is a good opportunity to exchange ideas and promote cooperation for further development of pediatric anesthesia locally and across the boundaries of nations.
