Methods:80 patients undergone larparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly allocated into two groups to receive 1.3-1.9 kPa (in group A) or 2.0~2.5kPa (in group B) intraabdominal pressure during operation. Airway pressure (Paw), SpO2, PetCO2, MAP and HR were measured and arterial blood gas was analyzed before, during and after pneumoperitoneum, respectively. Results:Paw and PetCO2 were higher in group B than group A at 30 minutes with pneumoperitoneum (P<0.01) while PH and SaO2 were lower(P<0.01). Conclusion:Pneumoperitoneum with 1.3~1.9kPa was able to avoid the adverse influence on the respiratory and circulatory systems.
