<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> 于布为等[8]的研究认为异丙酚分步TCI全麻诱导较单次静注对心血管的抑制明显减轻,白勇等[9]的研究认为中胸部硬膜外阻滞可显著减轻气管插管反应。本研究将异丙酚TCI与硬膜外阻滞联合应用,各组均未出现严重的心血管抑制的表现,在插管后1 rainGR组、GL组的血压升高水平低于GS组,说明罗哌卡因、利多卡因硬膜外阻滞辅助异丙酚TCI全麻诱导有助于血液动力学的平稳,并可减轻插管反应,其机理尚有待进一步研究证实。 参考文献 1.
