Methods:Forty congenital megacolon children were randomized into two groups:A(candal block combined with isoflurance)and B(intratracheal anesthesia only). It was recorded that the changes of hemadynamics,the anesthetic effects,the time of consciousness recovery after operation,the total dose of anesthetic and the adverse effects during decubation. Results:Analgesia during the operation were satisfying in Both group A and B,but group A was better than B in the changes of hemadynamics,the anesthetic effects,the time of conscionsness recovery after operation,the total dose of anesthetic and the adverse effects during decubation. Conclusion:The caudal block combined with low concentration Isoflurane is a ideal anesthesia for the congenital megacolon children operation. Key words:Caudal block;Isoflurane;Congenital megacolon 先天性巨结肠是病变肠壁神经节细胞缺如的一种肠道发育畸形,是小儿常见疾病,通常需要手术治疗,改良的巨结肠手术是采用经肛门而不是经腹腔病变肠段切除,拖出巨结肠与直肠端端吻合术(Swenson术)操作深入盆底,对麻醉要求高,传统的麻醉方法采用单纯骶管内麻醉,常有不足之处,为此,我们观察了骶管阻滞复合吸入低浓度异氟醚在这类手术中的麻醉效果,现报告如下: |
